Aria Doner Tudanger’s focus lies in the true needs of the individual. Whether teaching a group or one-on-one sessions she carefully structures Pilates movements to address the concerns of the day. Her attentions vary from stringent to gentle, from carefully precise to free-flowing, but always with adherence to the core principles of Pilates.

At a crucial turning point in her adult life, Aria decided it was time to commit to taking better care of her body. Her initial interest in weight training led to her certification and employment as a Personal Trainer with NASM (the National Academy of Sports Medicine). Exposure to a variety of fitness-related practices gradually shifted her interest to Pilates. Aria then completed her Comprehensive BASI (Body Arts and Science International) certification and moved into teaching Pilates full-time. That step was followed shortly after with an additional year-long certification under the tutelage of the phenomenal Wendy LeBlanc Arbuckle, in her Three-Core Connections Program.

Although Aria is constantly expanding her Pilates repertoire, she considers the human body to be her greatest teacher. She approaches each person as an individual with their own strengths, limitations and needs. She delights in the opportunity not just to teach new clients, but to learn from each and every one of them.
