EBP Barre

Barre brings elements of Pilates, dance and ballet together to create an intense full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and lengthens muscles.  Our instructors draw upon their expertise from professional dance and Pilates careers to lead classes enhancing core strength, balance and flexibility with a fun, dynamic approach.   Students will learn how to maintain proper alignment, and carry that valuable skill out of the studio and into their other workouts.

The Every Body Pilates Barre classes include exercises with hand weights and balls.  There is an element of flow during class so that a natural evolution from one exercise to the next creates  a seamless workout.
