Pilates is a method of conditioning the body, where exercises develop a series of skills that help the body get stronger, leaner, and move more efficiently. These skills are taught through a system of exercises performed on padded mats, reformer equipment, and other studio apparatus. Every type of class uses one or more of these types of equipment and each provide a complete workout consistent with Joseph Pilates’ original program with modern ideas about the body.

We teach all sorts of lessons from one-on-one lessons to small group classes, because even though we have a big, beautiful space, we think everyone learns better with the lowest student to teacher ratio possible for your time and budget. For just a few dollars more than big classes in other forums, you can work with us and find your true strength. You can experience the spirit of the studio first-hand with our introductory one-on-one. After your lesson, your teacher will help you figure out a plan of action that works for you.
