Tower and Wall Tower Classes

Build leg and arm strength, while incorporating spine lengthening and stability through sequential movements. Like all Pilates exercises, Tower is a great way to increase core strength for an overall balanced exercise routine. Tower is utilized in our Core Strength classes as well as private lessons.
