How it works
A Varied Practice is Essential
After working with this approach for more than 25 years one thing is clear: practicing outside the studio, in a variety of settings, makes relevant change that lasts. Our compete programming – daily at-home practice, private sessions, directed workouts and group classes – are designed to support best movement outcomes regardless of the setting. Most importantly, students can apply this approach to all they do, from more pedestrian daily tasks to serious athletic endeavors.
The components of our programming make establishing a routine unique to each person’s needs; easily progressed or regressed depending on your immediate situation and adaptive over time for every stage of life.
Movement practice consistency is the driving factor to build and maintain healthy movement systems. We understand consistent practice can be challenging in today’s busy world, which is why our process is collaborative and creative: together we establish an accessible practice meaningful to you.
Our daily practice can be as long or as abbreviated as you need. It is deliberately designed to dovetail with other exercise routines or PT protocols. It’s called daily practice and not daily perfection for a reason, but we are here to help you every step of the way.
Start with the body you HAVE to build the body you WANT.
Start Here:
All Students begin with Privates 1-2x a week and daily At-Home Practice.
Students may attend privates both in-studio and virtually.
Daily At-Home Practice is done outside of lessons supported by an online video platform and workbook.

Next:
When appropriate, students who attend Private Sessions in-studio, add weekly Directed Workout classes to their schedule.
Directed Workouts are group classes that give students an opportunity to practice semi-independently, in-studio, under the supervision of a teacher.

Then:
If appropriate, students add Group Classes to their weekly schedule.
Our In-Studio Group Classes are designed to build key movement skills utilizing all the apparatus and matwork, and not through a single repertoire.
Virtual Group Classes focus primarily on the matwork.

Our In Studio Group Classes are divided by level and follow a specific curriculum. ALL students begin with our Foundations Classes before transitioning to higher level classes. In addition, our virtual classes compliment your practice, but some can be added earlier than others. Group Classes are designed to be a part of our overall programming and are not a standalone service.
