We break movement down into its smallest, most fundamental skills.
A solid movement foundation creates change faster, makes adaptation simpler, and maintenance straightforward. All students begin their practice with us by building this foundation, regardless of Pilates experience or athletic prowess.

After working with this approach for more than 25 years one thing is clear: in addition to in-studio training, practicing outside the studio, in a variety of settings, makes relevant change that lasts.
The combination of daily at-home practice, private sessions, directed workouts and group classes – are designed to support best movement outcomes regardless of the setting. Most importantly, students can apply this approach to all they do, from more pedestrian daily tasks to serious athletic endeavors.

Although we work with folks at all fitness levels, every human has persistent pain at one time or another in their lives. Since persistent pain makes our whole system shift to protection as a first line defense, it can make daily tasks more challenging and trying new things less likely.
By honing and conditioning these foundational movement skills, we uniformly develop the body so that it may be as flexible as it is strong, as dynamic as it is stable, as coordinated as it is integrated, as mentally facile as it sharp.
