Semi Private Classes – “The Skill Builders”

Focused on skill building, Semi Private Group Lessons are a primary building block utilized by our most successful students. Classes last 55 minutes. Divided by level, these classes are taught with a specific curriculum and skill focused instruction to enhance the practice of beginning, intermediate and advanced students.

Private & Small Group Lessons

Privates and Small Groups (Duets or Trios) are highly recommended for beginners as well as clients with particular injuries or specific rehab schedules. During each lesson you will work to establish workouts that bolster healthy movement patterns that can be taken into every part of daily life.

Family Classes

Flow Baby
A mama/daddy focused vinyasa flow where kids up to age 3 can join in. Each class includes a children’s meditation, yoga focused story and short yoga sequence. We end each class practicing “Om” and “Namaste” with the children.

Full Body Baby
A full-body Training class with strong focus on core strength. We incorporate light weights, tubes and bands and kids up to 3 years are welcome to play while the mamas workout. Each class includes intervals of activities for the kids with a yoga and mindfulness focus.

Shape-Up Pre Requisite Class

This is a super fun crash course for group class students. We go over the fundamental exercises, and strategies for progressing or regressing any exercise during group classes, to keep everyone challenged as well as safe. The class goes over Reformer, Low Chair, and Wall Tower equipment. Unlike other 45 minute Shape Ups, it is 55 minutes, and although you do exercises during the session, it is not a workout. This is a required class for all new students to our Shape Up schedule.

*To participate in a Redcord Shape Up Class, it is recommended new students take Beginning Redcord or Private lessons to prepare.

Group Fitness Classes – “The SHAPE-UP”

Focused on fitness, these all-level classes are designed to be a great work-out. Students are required to have a foundation of skills and knowledge of choreography modifications to participate. All exercises are scalable so you may workout at YOUR level. Each class, though available to all levels, are divided by fitness intensity. Begin with Level 1 and as your fitness improves transition into a higher fitness challenge in Level 2, or utilize both levels to simply vary your weekly routine. Intensity is defined by speed of exercises, use of transitions and baseline fitness requirements.

Pre-registration is required for Every Body. Clients book lessons at reception by phone, email or via our online booking system. Class availability is not guaranteed and class schedules are subject to change with notifications posted online, and participants contacted individually. Packages are specific to the type of lesson purchased and cannot be transferred or refunded or shared. As with all of our services, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Late Cancellations for included lessons by Members hold a $15 fee that is automatic and irreversible.
