A Varied Practice is Essential

Where, how, and when you practice – is relevant since bodies are designed to move in all different environments and demands.

Movement practice consistency is the driving factor so you can build, and maintain, healthy movement systems. Our process is collaborative; we are here to help you establish a practice as accessible as it is meaningful.

Your daily practice can be as long or as abbreviated as you need day to day and takes time to establish, but we are here to help you every step of the way.

To guide you how to move through life with the body you HAVE, learning the skills that create the body you WANT.

 

START HERE:

All Students begin with Privates 1-2x a week and daily At-Home Practice. Students may attend sessions both in-studio and virtually. Daily At-Home Practice is done outside of lessons supported by an online video platform and workbook included in your monthly membership.

NEXT:

When appropriate, students who attend Private Sessions in-studio, add weekly Directed Workout classes to their schedule. Directed Workout group classes give students an opportunity to practice semi-independently, in-studio, under the supervision of a teacher.

THEN:

If appropriate, students add Group Classes to their weekly schedule. Our In-Studio Group Classes are designed to build key movement skills utilizing all the apparatus and matwork, and not through a single repertoire.

Our In Studio Group Classes are divided by level and follow a specific curriculum. All students begin with our Foundations Classes before transitioning to higher level classes. In addition, our virtual classes compliment your practice, but some can be added earlier than others.
