Once learned, the body automates movement patterns at an unconscious level. Giving your body the opportunity to practice in the studio, as well as outside of it, in a variety of settings, gives your body ample opportunity to hone better movement skills. The combination of your daily at-home practice, private sessions, directed workouts, and group sessions are designed to support a robust movement practice.
Consistency of practice is the driving factor in creating and maintaining healthy movement. We are here to help you establish a practice as accessible as it is meaningful – to move through life with the body you HAVE, learning the skills that create the body you WANT.
