Strengthen Your Skill Set
Our Directed Workout Program is an important component of Every Body Pilates multifaceted approach to building new movement skills. In these group classes, you practice in a semi-independent way utilizing the apparatus and equipment best suited for your stage in the curriculum. Just like any other skill that lasts, practicing on your own is how you master skills important for you.
Consistency of practice is the driving factor in creating and maintaining healthy movement patterns and we are here to help you establish a practice as accessible as it is meaningful – to move through life with the body you HAVE, learning the skills that create the body you WANT.
Getting started with Directed Workouts
During private lessons, you work with your teacher to establish, progress, and maintain an appropriate workout based on your current practice. Personalized workout books are provided.
Directed Workouts are a group class, with a teacher, but unlike leveled or all-level group classes, you move through your workout, on and off the equipment, with your exercises, at the pace most important for you. The facilitating teacher is there to answer questions and guide clients when appropriate.
