At Every Body Pilates, you learn better movement habits, for better living. Our teachers help you take your skills from the studio into every part of your daily life.

Building from a solid foundation creates change faster that can be maintained over time. For this reason, we break movement down into its smallest, most fundamental skills to help ALL students start at the very beginning, regardless of their athletic prowess.

After working with this approach for more than 20 years it’s clear: practicing outside the studio, in a variety of settings, makes change last. Our compete programming - daily at-home practice, private sessions, directed workouts and group classes - are designed to support best movement outcomes regardless of the setting. Most importantly, students can apply this approach to all they do, from more pedestrian daily tasks to serious athletic endeavors.

The components of our programming make establishing a routine and system unique to each person’s needs, easily progressed, and regressed depending on your immediate situation and adaptive over time for every stage of life.

Although we work with folks at all fitness levels, every human has persistent pain at one time or another in their lives. Since persistent pain makes our whole system shift to protection as a first line defense, it can make even daily, pedestrian tasks more challenging, and stretching our skills with new endeavors less likely. Our approach helps you weather the rough spots in life, so you can recover more readily, with less stress and more confidence.

By honing and conditioning these foundational movement skills, we uniformly develop the body so that it may be as flexible as it is strong, as balanced as it is stable, as coordinated as it is integrated, as mentally facile as it sharp.
