The Core Strength Program

Offered in Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced, the Core Strength program is focused on building the key movement skills on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat and Redcord. Students will learn the fundamentals of Pilates and build movement patterns needed for uniform development of a strong, flexible, and lean body.

Are you new to Pilates? Beginning Core strength is the perfect place to build skills for new students as well as students with particular injuries that require a slower pace.

Beginning Core Strength I

Beginning Core I is the first stepping stone in our Core Strength programming. Students will learn the fundamentals of our approach and begin learning and practicing Beginning Level Pilates exercises. Throughout the program students will be taught how to modify and adjust movements to best fit their needs. It is recommended that new students begin with private lessons before entering a Beginning Core class.

Beginning Core Strength II

Beginning Core II is the next stage in our Core Strength programming. Students will continue to hone their fundamental skills as well as build into the next stage of Beginning Level Pilates exercises. Students will continue to learn how to modify, adjust and progress movements to best fit their needs. This class is great for students who have begun to master many of the Beginning Level Skills but are not quite yet ready to advance to the Intermediate level.
