We are a Pilates and Redcord studio. We help all types of clients whether they are finding their way to fitness for the first time or wanting to get back to the activities they love, for pre or post-surgery/rehab patients, or athletes working on refining their performance.

We strive to continuously develop our passion for the health and wellness industry through our in-house education programs and the collaboration between our team members. We support our committed teachers with an established, reliable scaffolding that builds a stable career with a steady income and predictable hours. Job Description: Pilates Instructor

We are currently seeking a Pilates Instructor who is committed to their clients’ progress, as well as their own professional development. The ideal candidate must be coachable, interested in the camaraderie, and intellectual rigor of being a part of a team of professionals.

We work directly and collaboratively to help our clients meet their unique health and wellness goals. We are committed to help our clients holistically develop more effective movement skills for a pain free life. Qualifications:

• Completed a Pilates teacher training program of a minimum of 500 hours
• Experience preferred but would consider a new grad
• We provide additional training to bolster your certification
• Full Time Availability, Schedule 5 or 4 Days Week, with 8 or 6 hour shifts

Benefits:

• Full Time Availability, Schedule includes 5 or 4 Days a Week, with 8 or 6 hour shifts
• Minimum Base Salary for First 12 Weeks of Onboarding
• Salary Before Bonus Ranges between $35,000 & $75,000
• Salary directly related to experience, commitment and revenue goals. Salary will grow as you do.
