The maximum number of clients taking a session at one time will be four.
The studio has been arranged in four quadrants or zones. Each zone includes a reformer, a tower and a chair.
In an abundance of caution, the zones are spaced well over 6 feet apart. When a client enters for their session they will be assigned to a zone and stay there for the duration of their session.
All in-studio sessions will be 45 minutes long to provide adequate time between sessions for cleaning and client exit. Protocols will be in place to limit opportunity for clients to pass by each other upon entry and exit.
Each of the teachers will be teaching a limited schedule of in-person sessions, and continue to teach most of their lessons online. One teacher will be teaching at a time in-studio. Teachers will be required to wear a face mask and face shield at all times.

Everything about the Virtual Pilates experience has been so easy and convenient. I do not consider myself very tech savvy, however, ZOOM has been easy to learn, and the staff has been great if folks have any questions. The setup time is incredibly easy and convenient – place a towel or mat on the floor and turn on my computer and breathe!
I always feel so great after each class. I definitely feel less stressed and truly forget about my worries for a little while.
What is most impressive is that the quality of the workouts continue to be exceptional and challenging! Each instructor maintains their usual clear direction and provide feedback and/or guidance if needed.
There is so much out of our control these days, I am grateful to be able to take care of my physical and mental health. Thank you for helping me reach this goal!
