In-Studio Group Classes

In-studio group sessions may include Mat, Reformer, Chair or Tower, as clients will have access to all equipment in their private station.

  • Regular attendance allows clients to learn the choreography and equipment changes for all of the apparatus.
  • These sessions are separated by experience level, 1, 2 or 3.
  • In-studio groups are limited to 5 students so pre-registration is recommended.

Virtual Shape-Up Group Classes


Focused on fitness, these all-level classes are designed to be a great work-out. Students are required to have a foundation of skills and knowledge of choreography modifications to participate. All exercises are scalable so you may workout at YOUR level. Each class, though available to all levels, are divided by fitness intensity. Begin with Level 1 and as your fitness improves transition into a higher fitness challenge in Level 2, or utilize both levels to simply vary your weekly routine. Intensity is defined by speed of exercises, use of transitions and baseline fitness requirements.


Virtual Core Classes


Focused on skill building, Semi Private Group Lessons are a primary building block utilized by our most successful students. Classes last 55 or 30 minutes. Divided by level, these classes are taught with a specific curriculum and skill focused instruction to enhance the practice of beginning, intermediate and advanced students.
