Barre brings elements of Pilates, dance, and ballet together to create an intense full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and lengthens muscles. Our instructors draw upon their expertise from professional dance and Pilates careers to lead classes enhancing core strength, balance, and flexibility with a fun, dynamic approach. Students will learn how to maintain proper alignment, and carry that valuable skill out of the studio and into their other workouts.
