Recommended Props:
- Yoga mat or another padded surface, comfortable and stable enough to lie, sit or stand on
- Ball for Inner Thighs
- Eric Franklin Balls
- Loop Band
- Roller Hand Weights (2lb or 3lb)
- TheraBand
- Yoga block
- Towels – hand and bath
