Holistic Pain Management near Belmont


Stephanie was first introduced to Pilates as a part of her training program for the University of New Hampshire’s rowing team. From a supplementary activity, it quickly became a primary form of exercise when she started managing a Pilates studio in 2019. Stephanie quickly fell in love with the strength, coordination, and rehabilitative sides of Pilates and began her teacher training program in September 2019. She has been involved in many different coaching and training endeavors from coaching rowing with Arizona State and Boston University to personal training at different gyms and studios. Her current passion project is volunteering with Para Rowing Foundation, a non-profit that seeks to make rowing accessible for para athletes all around the world. She is so excited to continue her journey in teaching at Every Body Pilates!
